Service Protector: Annual Maintenance

Thank you for purchasing a volume license of Service Protector!

Your purchase of a Service Protector volume license included a complimentary year of membership in our expedited support program. Once that initial year has passed, you will be eligible to extend your membership at an additional cost. Annual maintenance is entirely optional, but it is highly recommended if you are running critical, time-sensitive systems or operate in a non-standard environment that may need "extra attention".

Annual maintenance will ensure that you receive:

• Access to expedited support, to troubleshoot and resolve your technical issues promptly.
• Free upgrades to any version of the software released during the maintenance period.
• Early access to pre-release versions of the software, so you can test drive new features in advance of their release to the general public.

Furthermore, your specific feature requests will be treated with a higher priority than those from others not participating in the program.

Annual maintenance costs $299, $499 or $799 depending on the license you own. You can also renew for 3 years to receive a 20% discount.
