Step 1: Find the email delivering your license
About 5-10 minutes after you purchased AlwaysUp, you'll receive an email thanking you and acknowledging your order.
That email contains a link to your order page — the place where you'll manage your license(s).
Your order confirmation email will come from sales@coretechnologies.com and the subject will start with AlwaysUp Purchase.
Please search your email folders (and check your Spam) if you don't see the message in your inbox.
As an example, here's what the order information email looks like in our Gmail inbox:
Please be sure to save your order confirmation email. As described in the next steps, you'll need it to manage your order.
Can't find your order information email?
Please check all your email folders (including Spam/Junk) for messages from "sales@coretechnologies.com".
Are you looking in the correct email account? Perhaps the confirmation email was sent to a different address.
If someone else purchased the software, they may have received the email instead of you. Please check with them.
Confirm that you entered the correct email address when you completed the purchase.
If not, let us know and we'll fix it.
Please get in touch and we'll try to help.
Step 2: Click the "Manage your order" button to open your order page
From your order confirmation email, click the big blue Manage your order button:
That will open your order page in your web browser.
Don't see a "Manage your order" button?
You can also access your order page via the URL cited in the message.
Simply click the link, or copy and paste the URL into your web browser.
Step 3: Click the "Assign a license to a computer" button
Your order page shows the details of your order. From there, you can manage all aspects of your purchase,
including creating a PDF receipt or invoice. But right now, let's focus on getting you registered.
Click the Assign a license to a computer to start the process:
Step 4: Enter your AlwaysUp serial number and a brief description
Next, you'll need to enter two pieces of information to proceed:
The serial number of your AlwaysUp installation.
Don't worry if you don't know what that is. We'll show you how to find it below.
A short description of the computer where AlwaysUp is installed.
It can be anything you like — to help you remember where you installed the software or what you're using it to do.
We're counting on this text to jog your memory when you come back to check on your license in a couple of years

Registration failed?
Double check your registration code. Did you enter it correctly? It's best to copy-and-paste to avoid typos.
Double check the serial number. Did you enter the serial number from the installation you're trying to register?
Copying a serial number from another AlwaysUp installation won't work.
